There are other places out there you can rent from, but

• nobody will deliver it to your site and set it up for you.

• there's no aggravation of pulling a travel trailer

• and the added cost of fuel (to say the LEAST!)

• towing a travel trailer can be quite the adventure all itself.

• Not to mention trying to navigate it through an area as busy as the Smokies.

• It takes approximately 45 minutes to fully set-up a travel trailer.

• The wear and tear of pulling a travel trailer this large on your vehicle is substantial.

• Fuel mileage drops drastically.

It takes a lot to tow these so we only rent them in the Smokies area and only we deliver them.

We will deliver the Travel Trailer to your camp site and set it up so all you have to do is move in and enjoy your stay.

With the fuel prices the way they are - a lot of you have realized it is more cost effective to RENT one of ours and leave yours home.

Some of you maybe looking to buy a travel trailer or motorhome.

What a great way to “test” the waters first. Rent one of our travel trailers first to see if “its for you” before you go and spend $20,000 plus on one.

If you look in the newspaper there are a bunch of “used only once or twice” campers for sale. Don’t make that mistake.

We also know that some of you do not have the space to own your own travel trailer. They DO take up a lot of space and DO require a lot of maintenance.

Let us worry about that - rent from TBS Adventures and just worry about enjoying your stay!

TBS Adventures Rental Cost

• $350.00 for a weekend (3 nights)

• $550.00 for a week (5 or more nights).

Please note that this only covers the Travel Trailer Rental and does NOT include your campsite or sales tax.

We charge a $200.00 deposit. This will hold the reservation and be returned if the travel trailer is returned in the same manner as received.
The deposit will be returned with a company check via mail)

The amount for the actual rental will be due two weeks before your rental date.

We accept checks (provided they are received and clear before rental date), Money Orders, Paypal.

We do not give refunds on rental monies - letters of credit only.

There is a $ 25.00 fee if you cancel BEFORE your rental monies are due and is deducted from your security deposit. If you cancel AFTER your rental monies are due you forfeit your security deposit.

We do not mean to be such a bear on this but a few bad apples have made it this way. We run a rental business not a babysitting business. Please make sure your trip is set before making your reservations.

TBS Adventures Rental Policies

• No Pets

• No Smoking

• No refunds due to weather.

• We rent to families/couples only

• Six (6) people is the maximum number of people per travel trailer

• You must reserve a campsite with full hook-up only.

Checkout times coincide with campgrounds

Observe all campground rules.

Eviction of campground = loss of rental and monies.

Please NOTE: We do NOT deliver or set-up on Saturdays. The traffic congestion in the area makes it almost impossible. Please reserve your camping site with this in mind when renting from us.
